Pligg is become one of oustanding cms around the world because of their digg alike news system , where people control the news and people vote for news they like. yah its like a web2.0 :D nice isnt

Advantage
Pligg installation is considerable easy to install it require your webhosting to have PHP and MySQL and then you good to go, just upload Pligg in your webhosting then create 1 mysql database and you just need to chmod 777 a few folder and then just next next next until you install pligg :) and the support at their forum also fast and reliable

Disadvantage
Because of pligg still new in CMS world its kinda difficult for you to looking for free template, yah you need to pay around $100 USD to get 1 nice template in pligg, and for me for OpenSource CMS when you need to pay for template its kinda EXPENSIVE , and its kinda difficult for me to create 1 template of pligg , its maybe because pligg templating system is not separate from their core file and because of that its kinda hard for me to tweak the template. but if you a experience web designer i think this not should be a problem for you

Plugins/Hacks
Yah Plugins, pligg plugins is still not much, at their website i see only a few have been listed and its maybe not worth for me to make 1 directory plugins for pligg :)
